TREATMENT OPTIONS
Initial consultation
In an initial consultation we will get to know each other. There we will determine how and where your body and mind got out of balance. This will lead us to a pattern diagnosis. Further we will figure out together which treatments will work best for you. Then we will create a treatment plan and begin with a first session.
Tui Na An Mo
Tui Na An Mo is the manual therapy branch of Chinese Medicine. It is one of the five pillars of Chinese Medicine (the others being Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Qi Gong, Herbal Medicine and diet). Tui Na An Mo includes massages and mobilisations techniques that follow human anatomy as well as the principles of Chinese Medicine and the Sinew Channels.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is the practice of influencing acupuncture points and pathways (channels) through the insertion of needles. In Chinese medical physiology a person's qi flows in those pathways throughout the body. Through the needle we connect to the qi. Thus helping the body and mind to restore balance and heal.
